Have your say on a new vision for local housing – and win £50!

There's a new vision for housing across greater Cambridge being given the spotlight.  It aims to 'bring forward' homes which are affordable to live in, close to jobs and be energy efficient.  And the two local authorities behind the initiative would like to hear your views.

At the Association's Executive Council meeting on 29th November a motion was passed supporting the Prime Minister and the current Brexit deal – Ben Shelton, the Association's Chairman, was asked to write to Theresa May to communicate this to her.

Extra loan to get ice rink finished

In September 2016 South Cambs District Council, under Conservative administration, agreed to provide a £1.85 million loan to Cambridge Leisure and Ice Centre (CLIC) for a new rink by Newmarket Road's Park & Ride.

The Greater Cambridge Partnership is the 'local delivery body for a City Deal with central Government'.  It partners with Cambridge City Council, Cambridgeshire County Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council and the University of Cambridge.
